15th Anniversary Conference
n the heart of Tuscany, in the province of Arezzo, more precisely in Montevarchi in the Valdarno Superiore, I have been raising Valdarnese Bianca heritage chickens since 2004. It all began with the dream of bringing back an endangered native breed, the very same chickens my grandfather once raised.
At the age of 30, I decided to follow my passion and dedicate myself fully to this work, starting with just one rooster and seven hen. In this new adventure, I combined what I had learned through my academic studies and university education, along with the experience I gained working for a multinational engineering company, with the gifts nature had to offer: a land rich in beauty, an extraordinary forest, and a native breed worth preserving.
